On January 1, 2019, modifications will be made to the SAP Support Interaction Survey, which will be presented to you when you confirm an incident.
Based on your input and following industry best practices, SAP will simplify your experience by reducing the number of response choices and will replace the numerical scores with text labels.
Additionally, the current Chat Survey will transition to both the five-point data labels and the same Customer Satisfaction and Customer Effort questions as the Interaction Survey.
